This role would suit someone who is highly organised, able to collate information from differing sources including statistical information, is discrete, used to managing outlook and inboxes as well as scheduling meetings for multiple attendees from differing organisations.
Applicants will be highly efficient and able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders virtually and face to face. They will be able to provide a professional, proactive, flexible and customer focussed SEN support service to the team and service users.
The successful candidate will be resilient, used to working in a pressured environment and able to prioritise work. They will have a can do attitude and a commitment to providing high quality interactions with all service users and wider professionals.
The role is part time so would suit an experienced professional or work place returner who is actively seeking a work life balance.
They will be
- highly skilled in the use of technology to manipulate and analyse data
- excellent communicators orally, aurally, virtually and in person
- High levels of IT skills in all basic MS programmes e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams/Other video platforms
The post holder will report to the Head of SEIIS.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.
To be considered for this position the successful candidate will have experience in a similar post and be able to demonstrate their organisational skills. They will have excellent self-management and organisation skills and ensure that all communication and wider tasks are responded to professionally and within agreed time frames.
