They will also then be able to offer an enhanced level of S< support and intervention for cases requiring it, particularly around building the skills and knowledge of colleagues within the hubs, and within schools, settings and colleges.
An additional focus will be the new targeted provisions being established within North Yorkshire, based in mainstream schools these will support children who can access a mainstream setting with an enhanced level of support. These new posts will work alongside NHS colleagues to enhance the SLT support available to staff and children in those provisions. They will be supported in this work by SLT assistants.
In return for your hard work and dedication to our service, we can offer you the chance to be part of a strong and supportive team. You will also benefit from a variety of competitive employee rewards such as local government pension scheme, retail discounts and access to green car scheme which is just one of a range of salary sacrifice schemes available.
