An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate for a Service Development Office within the Performance & Development Team. The role includes overseeing the statutory homelessness reviews from housing applicants, formulating high level performance management reports, as well as having a proficient understanding, knowledge and experience of using Excel and Housing IT systems.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible, be able to work to deadlines and under pressure. You will work with the Team Leaders and Managers to undertake quality assurance audits, monitor performance targets and implement plans and initiatives to improve the outcomes for current and future service users.
You will have a good understanding of housing and homelessness legislation to be able to build strong and constructive relationships with colleagues, partners and key stakeholders. You will have an understanding of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) including Subject Access Requests (SAR) and the ability to respond to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
You will possess excellent verbal, written communication, and organisational skills
You will have excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills and a willingness to work to support the service objectives.
