Director of HR, Organisational Development & Administration
As Director of HR, OD & Administration, your skill and experience in a similar role will be critical to lead on our new ways of working, thinking and delivering. You will strategically lead and advocate change across the workplace, you will re-envisage our HR structure, drive change and shift culture. You will need to understand cloud based electronic system capability and will help further embed our new cloud based Oracle ERP/HCM system aligning this to our PROUD transformation Programme and methodology. At the same time, you’ll modernise services and direct the Council’s Administration function – while winning the trust and respect of elected members, employees and partners.
As the strategic HR lead, you will be used to managing large scale projects that span organisational boundaries, delivering fundamental transformation. You will be CIPD-qualified at diploma level and have proven specialist HR knowledge. Your expertise will cover HR policy, employment law, organisational culture, equality, diversity and inclusion however, it’s your resilience and people skills that really set you apart. Able to inspire teams and connect with Members, you’ll understand the political landscape and instill the highest standards.
