We require an early years practitioner experienced in working with pre-school children with SEND.

You will be providing advice, guidance and support to parents/carers, early years practitioners and other professionals, to ensure their individual and special needs are identified and met. You will have in depth knowledge of child development and have experience of working with a range of outside agencies.

You will have excellent communication and time management skills, work independently and as part of a multiagency team, carrying out assessments, action planning and report writing. You will also be required to travel to a range of venues including families’ homes. The successful applicant will have a range of training opportunities available.

You must hold the following qualifications to apply for this position:

NNEB or BTEC National Diploma in Nursery or Nursing or NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education.

Please note the successful applicant will require an Enhanced DBS check.
