An opportunity for an Engagement and Development Officer has arisen in the Public Health team working on the Redbridge response to COVID19. This is a great development opportunity working with our communities in response to the impact of COVID19 and the identified risks to people from Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities living or working in Redbridge

This role will involve working with BAME community leaders, voluntary sectors and managers, as well as directly with members of the community, to identify needs for development, creating the most appropriate solution to meet those needs. If you have, or are keen to develop your experience working with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver innovative solutions, we would welcome your application.

Reporting to our Public Health consultant, the role will be part of a motivated and energised, high performing team working through this period of change ensuring that we can deliver plans and respond to the unexpected.
