The successful applicant will need to have typing/word processing ability to OCR/RSA 2 standard or equivalent and GCSE Grade C in English and Maths or an equivalent qualification.

Advanced fluency with Microsoft Outlook programmes is essential with at least two years’ experience of working in a business support/administrative environment.

You will be working as part of a team, so you should be able to interact positively and communicate effectively at all levels both face to face and on the phone. You will be self-motivated, taking a proactive approach to your work and be capable of meeting deadlines. Experience of taking notes at meetings is required and the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively is vital.
