Full-time (37 hours per week)
Permanent Contract
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team.
The role includes a range of duties, primarily focussing on the assessment of clients in their own homes for equipment or adaptation solutions.
Knowledge and experience of a range of equipment will be beneficial to the role; as would an understanding of how OT can assess for and recommend major adaptations utilising the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG).
Other tasks will include delivering our Prevention duties as identified in the Care Act.
Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to their own professional development
Candidates must be a qualified Occupational Therapist and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Knowledge of the Care Act, experience of Occupational Therapy Equipment and Disabled Facilities Grant legislation would be useful.
