We are looking for key members of the East Area team that will be instrumental in transforming the Borough and opportunities available for residents.
We are looking for two fixed term positions, which in their roles will deal with planning applications covering a wide range of planning issues. You will have a experience within a similar role dealing with a range of application types. You will need to show you can act on your own initiative and work with minimal supervision with an ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. We are seeking an enthusiastic and well organised individual. You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of planning applications, pre-applications requests and appeals.
