Employment Term:  1 x Part time 17.5 hours

The Royal Borough of Greenwich Tenancy Services Division seeks to appoint a highly motivated Site Manager for the Local Authority Traveller Site.

Experience of working in a customer service environment is desirable.

Reporting to the Travellers Manager, you will be able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision and have a desire to provide an excellent service to the residents on the Thistlebrook site.

You should recognise and understand the needs of the Traveller Community. You will need to demonstrate the ability to engage with and support the residents on Thistlebrook site,   often dealing with challenging situations. You will be responsible for robustly enforcing Licence Conditions on the site.

You will provide a daily visible presence on the Site, working outdoors.
