Could you be part of Wellbeing Teams in Camden?
In this role, you will:
• coach and support teams to deliver compassionate, values-based and person-centred, safe care, and delivering outcomes
• coach self-management and reviewing quality to ensure that teams are continuously learning and improving in strengths-based support
• be the overall safeguarding and co-production lead and accountable for the service to CQC
• be the overall lead for supporting people to maintain successful tenancies in Charlie Ratchford Court
