We are looking for a talented individual to join our Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) Senior Leadership team. You will share our ambition for fairness and equity in the achievement of effective outcomes for communities and residents alike.

The Head of Service will be an effective leader who can demonstrate a proven track record of successfully implementing change, utilising a whole systems approach building productive relationships with internal and external partners. You must be able to demonstrate your role in facilitating organisational change, through innovative and shared thinking, while focusing on continuous improvement and effectiveness of service delivery and outcomes.

Psychometric assessments are expected to be issued for completion by 27th November. Interviews are expected to take place on 17th (PM) and 18th (AM) December.

You will be required to work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Teams of the Council and Health Board providing strategic leadership for the HSCP and wider organisations. This post is Politically Restricted and the post holders will be required to undertake a PVG check for Children and Adults.
