Championing inclusive practice you will drive forward our strategy for children with SEND, enhance relationships with partners and families, bring focus on co-production and strengthen pathways to adulthood.

Passionate about inclusive practice and determined that all children should have the best start in life, you will be an existing or aspiring local authority head of service or a school leader with a track record in creating inclusive environments where all children, including the most vulnerable, can thrive.
