Chelmsford City Parks are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to work within the Chelmsford City Parks Grounds Maintenance Team.

The successful candidate will show enthusiasm and a commitment to effectively deliver excellent service to the city of Chelmsford and to continue the success of delivering quality green spaces and green flag status within our parks.

The role will involve motivating and supervising the grounds maintenance team whilst providing them with training, H&S guidance on the use of tools and equipment, offering technical advice and ensuring our parks are safe and ready for visitors.

The successful applicant will have grounds maintenance experience with Horticultural qualification and have IT experience. The role also requires a Full UK driving license. Supervisor and performance management experience would be beneficial.
