Interim Locality Manager
Three Interim Locality Managers are required by our local authority client. You will be the operational lead for services within a specified locality and will provide support and leadership to local teams and partners.
This will include providing leadership to social care teams to ensure effective decision making and that people are safeguarded. The role will also contribute to the ongoing development of multi-disciplinary teams and integrated services.
You will be a qualified social worker or OT and each of these posts, will manage the performance of a budget of up to £10m and provide line management to Team Managers who are responsible for providing care and support through multi-disciplinary teams.
