The Post

The person appointed will play a key role, supported by the Teacher and SENDCo, in opening and maximising the success of our new specialist provision for up to twelve nursery-aged children with a diagnosis of Autism. The provision is based within a nursery that has an excellent record of supporting children with additional needs and a strong commitment to inclusion and supporting every child and family to thrive.

The Person

The successful candidate will be a talented, passionate and suitably experienced practitioner. They must have a clear understanding and experience of effective teaching and learning. They must be a strong communicator and team player and be able to engage effectively with the children, staff and parents/ carers on a daily basis. They will also need to be enthusiastic, highly motivated and have the belief in the potential of every individual child as well as the drive to support all children to become the best they can be.
