The Royal Borough of Greenwich Tenancy Services Division seeks to appoint a highly motivated Tenancy Team Leader to lead a busy area based team.

You will have strong leadership and management skills to lead and manage a team of Tenancy Enforcement Officers to provide an excellent, high quality tenancy management service to residents. The robust enforcement of Tenancy Conditions and dealing effectively with Anti- Social Behaviour will be at the forefront of your work.

The role also requires you to manage Thistlebrook (the local authority traveller site), managing two Site Officers, attending the site and enforcing licence conditions.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to support a team of Officers with a demanding workload in a challenging, often fast paced environment.  You will enable staff to maximise performance and you will need to deal effectively with poor performance.

You will be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners on a range of projects and initiatives.
