Team Leader - Be Independent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader role within our telecare, response and equipment service within CYC.

We are looking for a dynamic, high performing, value based individual who can lead a neighbourhood team to support customers within our telecare and response service.

You should have experience of technology enabled care and support and be creative and innovative in your approach, with the ability to be flexible and adaptable and support staff effectively.
