About the role:

A vacancy has arisen for a Family Finder Social Worker within the Fostering Team. This is an exciting new post designed to help children and young people settle into their permanent foster families as soon as possible.

This post will require a qualified Social Worker to work closely with children’s allocated Social Workers, and Fostering Team to support the permanence options for children. This is a permanent position primarily based at the Town Hall, Wandsworth but needs to travel to other localities. Enhanced DBS clearance and Social Work England (formerly HCPC) registration required.
