In joining the leadership team of our new Adults, Health, and Integration department, you will help us tackle the challenges facing the social care sector, and implement a new integrated Neighbourhoods model of working across health and social care, working alongside the Director of Public Health.
You will bring a track record of successfully leading a social care workforce and a determination to provide exemplary support to our most vulnerable residents.
