Chief Operating Officer:

This new role is responsible for taking forward the organisation’s cultural shift in the delivery of its core enabling functions and includes: HR and OD, technology, commercial operations, employee services, equality and inclusion as well major project and programme functions and in doing so ensuring cohesion across all these areas. Driving change and encouraging innovation across the City of London Corporation will be a central focus of this role, as will maximising digital efficiencies to improve service provision, efficiency and effectiveness.
