Job Details

Tricuro is one of the largest local authority trading companies in the UK. We provide a range of care and support services to 7,000 residents across Dorset, including residential and nursing care; day services; support and activities; and care within the home across Dorset Council and Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council local authority areas.

Tricuro is embarking on a programme of transformation and modernisation and the role of Executive Director of Operations has been created to strengthen our existing Executive Team. In the role, the new Executive Director will make a key contribution to continuing to improve the lives of our clients, enabling them to build rich and independent lives by providing executive operational leadership and management to all of Tricuro’s directly provided and regulated services. Passionate about exceptional customer service, you will play a critical role in ensuring the provision of high quality, person-centred, safe, efficient and innovative services whilst taking a lead in the development and delivery of our strategic transformation plans.

With a new business strategy and modernisation agenda planned through 2021 and beyond, as Executive Director of Operations you will ensure our three-year transformation plan is delivered. As a member of our Executive Board and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be at the forefront of Tricuro’s change programme and will play a crucial role in shaping our future.

You will ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory frameworks across Tricuro’s operations, provide advice to the Tricuro Board and our shareholder group, as well as nurturing positive, robust and effective relationships with commissioners and key officers from our two local authority and CQC partners.

It is essential that applicants to this post should bring extensive experience of leading regulated care services across a range of settings and be able to demonstrate a successful record of driving and delivering service reconfiguration, development, improvement and change.

If you’ve got a passion for leading the delivery of high quality, person-centred, values-based care and support services for adults that will genuinely improve people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.
