The Post

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for a number of major capital projects with an emphasis on place making. This challenging and varied role within a small but high achieving team is focused on delivery of an ambitions 15-year estate regeneration programme delivering high quality housing and community infrastructure.

The Person

The right person for this job will not be deterred by the difficulties estate regeneration faces but rather pro-active in finding ways forward. The Senior Project Manager needs to be flexible with a positive approach to change, have a keen eye for detail and be great with budgets, programmes and residents!

You will be an autonomous project manager looking for a new challenge with experience in urban regeneration, construction, design and housing.
