Central Bedfordshire is a well established and ambitious unitary council which is reflected in its 2050 vision.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to utilise the learning from the pandemic to accelerate our transformation journey within Adult Social Care to enhance the delivery of positive outcomes for people.

At the heart of this will be the maximisation of a digital approach in our interactions and the utilisation of Primary Care Networks as the basis to have more targeted response.

You will be working with a revised management structure and with the support of the Principal Social Worker and Principal Occupational Therapist will be responsible for ensuring the assessment and care management services are able to respond to demand effectively, safely and with exemplary practice.

Our Adult Social Care service has a strong values based approach and excellent relationships with it’s key partners. 

You will have a proven track record of delivery at a senior level within an Adult Social care setting and have the ambition and drive to improve outcomes for people, if this is you then we would like to hear for you.
