The Role

Are you an administrator looking for variety and interesting work where you can work flexibly?

It’s a key supporting role in the Housing and Regeneration Directorate – our department’s decision making hub. You’ll be kept busy with an interesting range of work predominantly assisting our senior management and carrying out central support tasks for the wider department. It’s a place to make your mark and shine.

You should have:

  • First-rate organisational and administrative skills
  • The ability to work in a busy office whilst paying attention to detail and producing work of consistently high standard
  • Good communication skills
  • A strong commitment to customer service and
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality.

It would be great if you have experience of diary management, minute taking and dealing with queries from the public; but, equally, we’re happy to train the right person.
