About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Barnet’s Insight & Intelligence Hub to recruit to the role of Public Health Analyst. This is a pivotal time in our team’s journey to join us in expanding and developing the Public Health intelligence function. Working alongside the rest of the team this role will support members of the Public Health team in the provision, analysis and interpretation of information to support and inform decision-making aimed at improving outcomes for residents of Barnet.
About you
We are looking for a great analyst who will bring data to life, turning it into insight which informs decision making and helps to develop evidence-based needs assessments. You will be comfortable with using data to test hypotheses and be skilled at presenting your findings to a range of audiences in a clear and accessible way. You will also be comfortable in using specialised software and have a good understanding and working knowledge of Power BI.
The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, be comfortable in working on multiple activities at one time; you will have a background in Public Health data analytics.
