Head of Service - Performance, Projects and Intelligence

Salary (Director Grade DG7) £60,344 - £64,765 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Strategy and Commissioning team in the People portfolio. You will be part of a team that works across children’s and Adult social care, communities, education, employment and skills. As a senior leader in the portfolio you will work with Directors and their teams, other council services and partner agencies to support the improvement and transformation of services. A key role will be performance, ensuring a focus on quality information and intelligence to inform the delivery, improvement and commissioning of services. You will lead the development of our change programme ensuring our capacity is focussed on developing and delivering strategic change to improve outcomes for the people of Sheffield.

Selection will be a 2-stage process. The first stage will take place week com 22 March 2021, applicants successful at this initial stage will be invited to final interview on week com 12 April 2021. The recruitment process will take place over video.
