Are you an experienced administrator who can take minutes, has strong IT skills, coupled with attention to detail? If so, then you could be just who we are looking for!
We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Administrator to work within a team to provide a comprehensive range of administrative and business support to frontline social work teams and Heads of Service within Family Services. For this role you will need the ability to manage a busy but interesting workload in a responsive way and have excellent communication skills and be confident in dealing with senior managers, other professionals and service users.
The successful candidate will be proactive in problem solving and able to analyse information quickly. They will also be flexible in their approach and willing to assist in all administrative and technical support functions as required. Excellent verbal and written skills are required with the ability to communicate effectively. Maintaining confidentiality and being able to engage in effective relationships with colleagues whilst working remotely is also essential.
You will have excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook), experience of minuting meetings, using databases, the ability to show flexibility and initiative in your day to day work, enthusiasm for working as part of a team and contributing to developing our service.
