Lawley Neighbourhood Manager
Two Year Fixed Term
£35,745 - £38,890 per annum

37 hours per week
To be responsible for setting up, development and the successful operation of the Lawley Partnership Board, working closely with the Chair and Board members.
To work with members of the Board, stakeholders and the wider Lawley community to produce a Neighbourhood Plan that sets the priorities and direction for the Partnership.
To work with the Secretary to coordinate and manage the administration and governance requirements for the Partnership Board.
To facilitate effective and sustainable partnership working between the Developers, Statutory and voluntary agencies in Lawley to ensure the delivery of the Neighbourhood Plan.
To facilitate partnership working to deliver neighbourhood management initiatives working alongside local people, community and voluntary groups, increasing residents’ satisfaction levels with the neighbourhoods that they live in.
To influence private, public and voluntary sector providers, together with other stakeholders to align their activities, priorities and budgets to deliver the priorities in the Neighbourhood Plan.
