An exciting opportunity to work within the Housing Service which is diverse and expanding it's portfolio. This post will carry out a full property management function, working with private landlords, agents and tenants to provide and manage quality accommodation both in the private rented sector and our own accommodation.  Including advertising, marketing, property viewings and tenancy sign ups and working with the wider Housing Services enabling the service to discharge the  Council’s housing duty and in response to the need to widen the housing offer available to people living/wishing to move into the Borough.  Ensuring properties voids are to a minimum, a high standard of property and management is upheld and tenancy issues are dealt with timely.
