As Assistant Director Adult Social Care & Health Commissioning and Transformation, you’ll build on success to improve lives across the borough.

In this broad-ranging role, you’ll help take Adult Social Care services to the next level.  Reporting to the Executive Director, it’s a chance to deliver across adult social care and health with responsibility for key transformation programmes and strategic commissioning. You’ll also be the SRO for the cross-council ‘Having the Right Place to Live’ programme and focus on prevention by driving lifestyle changes and shape commissioning to bring further value.

This role provides an opportunity to help Kingston become a national leader in Technology Enabled care, health integration and the development of pathways that recognise the uniqueness of every individual's experience. A key change agent for the Council you will help to create real and lasting improvements for the people of Kingston.
