Transformation Programme Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to help us shape our future. Both Stratford and Warwick Councils are undergoing significant organisational change and are committed to working together to create a single statutory South Warwickshire Council by 2024. In order to achieve this, we need an experienced and energetic Programme Manager to lead on the creation of the Joint Transformation plan and see it through to delivery.
The role will be very challenging. You will be required to identify and manage the resource required throughout the programme to enable delivery. You will need to ensure that appropriate programme architecture is in place to co-ordinate and manage both the design and implementation activity working across a range of thematic areas that include HR, Finance, Legal and ICT.
You will have programme leadership experience and knowledge of the full lifecycle of programme management and have previous experience working on a wide range of projects. Also critical is a strong ability to communicate and build effective working relationships with key stakeholders – including our Senior Management Teams and Councillors.
