About Directorate

Street Scene in part of Barnet Council's Environment Directorate, which also includes Highways, Parking, Greenspaces and Leisure.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of Street Scene's Commercial service, through new sales to customers and upselling to existing customers, both with the current services offered and through exploring and expanding into new markets across the following areas:

  • Recycling and Waste
  • Street Cleansing
  • Grounds Maintenance
  • Commercial Development

About you

You will have relevant sales experience, either in the waste industry or in a similar fast paced environment. You should have good interpersonal skills, a good level of experience using Microsoft and other software packages and be able to work both independently or as part of a team.
