This newly created role will lead the Commercial Office in developing and implementing commercial approaches and opportunities within services, working with business partners, and seeking new enterprise across and beyond our region to generate additional income.

Reporting to the Commercialism Board, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Commercial Strategy and be supported by nominated Commercial Champions from each directorate.

You will have the experience and confidence to provide an impartial viewpoint, identify the commercial capabilities of the Council and any gaps in the organisation's culture, finances, appetite, aspirations, probity and security.
