Technical Support Officer

We have successfully obtained funding to help private residents make their homes warmer and healthier by offering grants to help them insulate their homes.
You will work as part of the team supporting customers to make successful grant applications. We are looking for an enthusiastic/motivated person who has both excellent customer care skills and knowledge and able to demonstrate IT/literacy skills including the use of standard office applications and specialist databases.
This is a fixed term post until 30/09/2021
As this role is public facing, applicants will need to demonstrate, at interview, their competency to converse and provide advice and guidance to members of the public, in spoken English to CEFR level C2: Can express him/herself spontaneously at length with a natural conversational flow, avoiding or backtracking around any difficulty so smoothly that the person with whom they are conversing is hardly aware of it.
