Apply for this exciting role to lead on the delivery of Medway’s monumental regeneration programme, ensuring all our communities benefit from developments across Medway. Our regeneration programme includes Medway’s Housing Infrastructure Fund Programme worth £170m, Rochester Riverside, our flagship regeneration site, and our ambitions to deliver new commercial workspace for businesses at Innovation Park Medway. You will report to the Assistant Director for Regeneration, ensuring there is a clear delivery plan for your service driven forward at pace. You will work closely with our partners and stakeholders to deliver current and future chapters in Medway’s story. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Head of Service to join the Regeneration Division within the Regeneration, Culture and Environment Directorate at Medway, who can bring a strong track record of capital delivery and strategic steer to help shape Medway’s future.
