£34,024 Starting Salary with possible earnings up to £56,683 Including London Weighting, under our productivity scheme.
Engineering Services, part of the Repairs and Investment are seeking to recruit a Gas Engineer to complement our existing team.
You will have relevant C&G qualifications or NVQ with extensive post qualification experience.
A sound Gas related background, to include the qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1. excellent practical skills and a thorough knowledge of the Gas Safety ( Installation and use ) Regulations 1998, current Health & Safety legislation (inc. COSHH 2002, EAWR 1989,WAHR2005)& a working knowledge of The current Building Regulations
Experienced on installation, breakdowns, and servicing of all types of Domestic Gas appliances.
Knowledge of control systems would be an advantage.
You must be able to work under your own supervision or as part of a team providing an efficient, effective and courteous service to Borough residents.
Flexible approach to working Hours.
Must have full driving licence
