This role requires the ability to travel to secure hospitals/units, residential and supported living provisions and close working with health partners.

You will become a partner of the local community in which our residents live, alongside your Occupational Therapy work connecting Adults to opportunities in the community and universal services.

Openness to innovation is integral to this work, you will need to think outside the box and identify new ways of working and supporting others. You will be working collaboratively with Statutory and non-statutory organisations, excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

To apply, you'll need a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy, CQSW, CSS or equivalent qualification, with current Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration. With experience of working in a Social Care or Health setting ideally working to support vulnerable adults. This should include the ability to work with a complex caseload underpinned by evidence-based practice.

This role involves travelling around Essex. A driving licence and car - or the ability to meet the mobility requirements of the role through other means - is essential.
