About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing within the borough-wide Targeted Youth Support Service, supporting staff through change, and contributing to the developments within Children’s Services and specifically the Integrated Adolescent Service offer. To achieve this well we need the very best professionals to join us on our journey that places children at the heart of our practice.
We are seeking a team manager to work within the Targeted Youth Support Service. Working with adolescent children aged up to 19 (25 SEND), who are in need of individual targeted support. We are looking for an experienced individual who can work systemically with children and their families.
