The Post

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Children and Young People’s Performance Team. As Brent’s Vulnerable Adolescents Analyst, you will pro-actively seek out intelligence and information from council staff, police, external agencies and the community to better understand the current threats to Brent young people. You will provide data analysis and trend information to support the work of the Contextual Safeguarding Strategic Panel and Exploitation, Violence and Vulnerability Panel

The Person

You are passionate about using information and data to improve the lives of young people.

You have exceptional analytical/problem solving skills with an enthusiasm and willingness to develop and learn new skills. 

You have a high level of curiosity to understand complex information and can present knowledge gained in a helpful way to inform strategic decision making. We are looking for someone with an aptitude for data analysis, with a keen eye for detail, can think outside of the box and wants to make a positive contribution to safeguarding vulnerable adolescents. If you are keen, willing to learn, and not afraid of a challenge, then please apply.

We are seeking to appoint an individual who is highly organised and self-motivated, and welcome applicants with a range of experiences that have equipped them to fulfil the requirements of this role.
