Job Details
We have an exciting opportunity working in the biT Team as part of Prosperity & Investment in Telford & Wrekin Council. The biT team is a professional consultancy team covering all aspects of Telford's built portfolio including schools. We have Building Surveyors, Project Managers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Asset Managers working across a whole range of exciting schemes.
The role will be to primarily lead the Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers on schemes from feasibility and design through to delivery.
Telford is a growth point for the West Midlands and we are proud of our delivery to date. In the pipeline we have a range of commercial schemes utilising our Land Deal with Homes England together with regeneration projects in our Towns, housing schemes and a number of significant school extensions and new builds.
The role will provide a great opportunity for a driven individual with commercial acumen wishing to progress in a fast moving environment.
