The Financial Case Management Officer will sit within the Adult Social Care, Service Improvement & Efficiency service and will be responsible for the for providing a financial assessment service, informing service users or their legal representative of their client contributions. The post holder will also provide an advice and information service regarding maximisation of benefits.
