Repairs and Investment are looking to recruit enthusiastic confident Technical Administration officers.

You will be responsible for providing technical clerical, administrative and IT support for the Housing Asset management service, Experience in use of IT microsoft packages is essential, and must be willing to learn and work on the Northgate V6 system.

In addition to having good general administrative experience, you will need to have excellent organisational skills the ability to meet deadlines, and ensure that data collection is accurate, up-to date, and passed to relevant parties in a timely manner. You must have good telephone and communication skills as you will be dealing with calls and enquiries from  tenants on our busy dedicated  repairs telephone line .  Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative. 

As you will be dealing with a wide range of enquires from the public, contractors, consultant’s Customers etc. you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
