Chelmsford Theatres is undergoing a major transformation, from how it operates its front of house to launching a new, ambitious programme of co-productions, talent development, outreach and outdoor events.
As part of this change, a new and exciting Casual Host role has been created to work in a dynamic team, responsible for delivering a unique customer experience to all visitors to Chelmsford City Theatres and Events.
Working in a highly creative environment, Casual Hosts will help ensure the smooth running of performances — paying particular attention to the comfort, safety, enjoyment and care of visitors.
This varied role involves welcoming customers into the building and to outdoor events, dealing with their varying needs, supporting the purchase of tickets, merchandise and serving refreshments.
