This role and the Assistant Director for Safeguarding, Quality Performance and Practice role are  key appointments to help us to achieve our vision and to drive the organisation to deliver excellent social care practice. The Assistant Director – Operations Adult Social Care will be responsible for delivering integrated services with a strong rehabilitation focus whilst driving an ambitious agenda of early intervention and prevention to enable residents to maintain independence.  You will drive delivery of transformation projects in the service area to ensure it is sustainable and fit for the future. 

We are looking for strong operational managers who can provide a strong focus on practice to ensure that our collective vision for improved outcomes is realised equally and fairly across our communities.
