About Us: Resident Liaison Officer
Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months

We are looking for the right candidate to join our fast paced capital works team. We are part of the team helping to deliver a £267 million seven-year capital works programme, which is designed to deliver the council commitment ensuring that homes are modern, safe and warm.

The Role: Working alongside our team of project managers, you’ll provide support to help ensure that residents are at heart the programme and have a real influence over how and what we are doing.
 
You’ll work directly with residents, housing colleges and contractors to deliver an excellent customer experience through the refurbishment of homes on the estate.
