The EPS sits within The Inclusion Service and enjoys an excellent reputation amongst our LA colleagues and within our schools and settings. This year the service has lead on the delivery of the DFE’s Well-being Return to School Program and systemic support for the development of whole school approaches to well-being will be an ongoing feature of our offer to schools.
Brent is a borough that regards flexible working as the norm in the future and this is supported within the Educational Psychology Service.
The post will comprise the normal range of EP duties to include providing a service as a link EP to a group of schools and providing psychological advice and support to our SEN department.
There will be an opportunity to be involved in project work contributing to strategic priorities within the Children and Young People’s Department in Brent. Those who are interested in working part-time will be welcome to apply.
We are keen to hear from qualified EPs or 3rd year TEPs who would like to work in our friendly and highly experienced team. We are looking for EPs who want to support schools through consultation and a range of ideas and approaches in respect of assessment and intervention in our schools and settings.
