You will be working as part of a team providing business support to Senior Managers in Adult Social Care, working across the different services supporting projects, minute taking and assisting with other service related support activities.
Experience of taking notes at meetings is imperative with the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively. You should be able to interact positively and communicate effectively at all levels; be self-motivated, taking a proactive approach to your work and be capable of meeting deadlines.
The applicant will need to have typing/word processing ability to OCR/RSA 2 standard or equivalent and GCSE in English and Maths or an equivalent qualification.
Advanced fluency with Microsoft Outlook programmes is essential with at least two years’ experience of working in a business support/administrative environment.
