2 x fixed term contracts to March 2022

In these varied and unique roles, you will be working to support our response to and recovery from Covid-19. 

Using your high-level problem-solving skills you will obtain, analyse, interpret and publish information relating to Covid-19.   As well as supporting routine monitoring of Covid data to understand outbreaks and transmission, your analysis will help to understand the impact of Covid on the population and target interventions effectively, particularly with respect to inequalities.

You will:

  • Already work in a similar role, preferably in a Public Health environment, and be looking for a new opportunity
  • Have strong analytical, numerical and reasoning skills, with experience in interpreting and reporting complex datasets using appropriate statistical techniques
  • Be a highly competent and confident user of Excel, skilled in analysing large datasets and preferably proficient in using Power BI and GIS
  • Be able to work independently to analyse and report data that is accurate, detailed and complies with national guidance and technical documentation
  • Understand the challenges associated with a high profile role.
