Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.
The role
Looking for the next challenge?
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the adults’ commissioning service as a strategic commissioner working on a range of commissioning projects. The post will take a lead on the commissioning and contract management of domiciliary homecare services for adults and ensure that these services develop alongside our ambitions for integrated working in local neighbourhoods.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.

Experience of commissioning including procurement is desirable but not essential for someone with relevant transferable skills. We are looking for someone who has management experience, an ability to work collaboratively and in partnership with stakeholders and residents to deliver improved outcomes for residents.
You will have experience of dealing with and analysing information and of effectively communicating this information to others in oral or written form. You will have experience of writing and presenting reports to inform others about relevant issues and recommend appropriate future action.
